Apple Harvest Continues in Konya

In Beyşehir district, the apple production center of Konya, the harvest is ongoing. The apples produced are being sent both to the domestic market and abroad.

Teams from the Beyşehir District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry conducted inspections in the orchards where apple harvesting is taking place. The teams met with apple producers and wished them a fruitful season.

The teams examined the crops grown in the fields for diseases and pests, and also conducted checks on the pheromone traps.

To take early precautions against potential risks and ensure the quality and health of the crops, the teams monitored all production areas. They also directed producers seeking detailed information on plant production and agricultural pest control to the relevant departments of the district directorate.
