Greenhouse Support for Farmers in Beyşehir

Farmers in Konya's Beyşehir district received greenhouse support from the District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate. Greenhouses covering an area of 525 square meters were established for 15 farmers with 70% grant support, enabling them to grow their desired crops throughout the year.

Beyşehir District Agriculture and Forestry Director Hüseyin Özver commented on the initiative, stating, "The goal of our project is to promote greenhouse farming in our region and enable farming families to earn more income from a smaller area. Additionally, we aim to familiarize local farmers with vegetable production in greenhouses and contribute to improving the living standards of farmers with small landholdings."

In his statement, District Agriculture and Forestry Director Hüseyin Özver, along with the accompanying technical staff, conducted on-site inspections of greenhouse projects being carried out in 11 different neighborhoods.
