Seljuk Sultan’s Story Told Through Theater

The play Keykubad, which brings to the stage the golden era of the Anatolian Seljuk State, is being performed by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality City Theater at the “Konya Stage” of the Selçuklu Congress Center. 

Written by Naci Taner Büyükarman and directed by Hüseyin Köroğlu, the production stands out with its historical depth and impressive stage design. 

The story vividly portrays Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad’s political struggles, palace intrigues, and the social structure of the era.
