The Masterpiece Amadeus Took the Stage at Selcuklu Congress Center

The masterpiece Amadeus, which focuses on the relationship between the musically gifted Mozart and Salieri, was presented to art enthusiasts in Konya.


Amadeus, written by Peter Shaffer, is a captivating play that delves into the complex relationship between musical geniuses Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Antonio Salieri. The production continues to enthrall theater enthusiasts in Turkey.


The play was recently staged at the Konya Selçuklu Congress Center, featuring a remarkable cast: Selçuk Yöntem as Antonio Salieri, Tansu Biçer as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with Dilan Çiçek Deniz and Özlem Öçalmaz alternating in the role of Constanze Weber. M. Coşkun Ülgen portrayed Boran Gottfried Van Swieten, Kevork Türker took on the role of Count Franz Orsini Rosenberg, while Sabri Özmener and Yiğit Pakmen performed as I Venticello and II Venticello, respectively.


This outstanding production brought Peter Shaffer's masterpiece to life, leaving a lasting impression on the audience in Konya.
