Konya's Export Figures Have Been Announced

The Turkish Exporters' Assembly (TİM) has announced the export data for August. Konya's exports increased by 1.80% in August, reaching 293 million dollars. The year-to-date exports for the first 8 months also reached 2.18 billion dollars with a 2.13% increase.

Mustafa Büyükeğen, the President of Konya Chamber of Industry, shared the following statement on his social media account while sharing Konya's data: "We started the week with good news. Konya's exports increased by 1.8% in August and by 2.1% from January to August. As a result, we have reached a total export figure of $2,180,615,000 in the first 8 months of the year. I would like to express my gratitude to all the industrialists and employees who have turned Konya into an export city."

Hilmi Kağnıcı, the President of the MÜSİAD Konya Chapter, also shared the following statement regarding the export figures: "Konya continues to bring us good news in exports. Konya's exports increased by 1.8% in August, reaching 2.18 billion dollars. Our exports in August alone exceeded 293 million dollars. During this period, Turkey's exports increased by 1.6%. I congratulate our industrious entrepreneurs and all employees who have worked day and night to achieve these figures and turn Konya into a production hub."
