Konya's industrial capacity report increased

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has released the industrial capacity report data for October.

According to this, the number of approved capacity reports for the past month increased by 9.1% on a monthly basis, reaching 4,896. However, it recorded a 3.8% decrease on an annual basis. The top 5 provinces with the highest number of capacity reports issued were Istanbul (1,298), Bursa (361), Ankara (307), Izmir (281), and Konya (248).

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industrial Database was 94,284 in October 2022, and it increased by 3.3% last month, reaching 97,370. The total number of employees was also calculated at 3,995,259 during the same period, showing a 4.2% increase.
