Sarayönü OSB to Make a Significant Contribution to the Economy

The Governor of Konya, Vahdettin Özkan, attended the Board of Trustees Meeting of the Sarayönü Organized Industrial Zone.

Governor Özkan, in his statement here, emphasized that Organized Industrial Zones (OSB) are the most crucial tool in addressing employment issues in their respective regions. He highlighted that they contribute to planned urbanization, encourage efficient production, play a significant role in strengthening regional economies, and contribute to sustainable development.

Özkan stated, "Sarayönü OSB, as a successful example of an Organized Industrial Zone, will make a significant contribution to local development and generate employment. When we look at the establishment and subsequent structuring processes of OSBs, they play a crucial role in stimulating investments, increasing employment opportunities, achieving local and regional development, transitioning to organized industrialization and urbanization. With the approval of our Ministry of Industry and Technology, Sarayönü OSB, now endowed with legal personality, will make a substantial contribution to the city and the country's economy."
