We Produce 15% of Flour for Turkey

The ordinary general assembly of the Central Anatolian Flour Industrialists Association, headquartered in Konya, was held. At the general assembly, which was held with intense participation, the current president, Hüseyin Emre Tekbaş, was re-elected as president by receiving the votes of all delegates.

Central Anatolia Flour Industrialists Association President Hüseyin Emre Tekbaş, in his speech after the election, said, “Today, our association has an important position within the sector. 15 percent of Türkiye's flour production is provided by our members, and this is confirmed by the fact that our 6 members are among Turkey's 1,000 largest industrial enterprises."

Tekbaş said that “In recent years, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and TMO have intervened on behalf of the sector. We lived through a period when they were influential in determining direction. During this process, we paid great attention to making balanced and fair decisions in our consultations with decision-making bodies. In this respect, we would like to thank the Ministry and TMO for their positive approach. For us, serving our members and our industry has been our greatest goal. "I would like to underline that we will continue our duty fully with this meticulous and responsible approach."
