In Selcuklu, the district's healthcare infrastructure continues to strengthen with new investments. In this context, a new example of collaboration has been added. The construction protocol for the Selçuklu Köken Family Health Center, which will be built in Sancak Neighborhood through the collaboration of Selçuklu Municipality, Konya Provincial Health Directorate, and philanthropists, was signed in a ceremony held at the Konya Provincial Health Directorate.
The protocol for the healthcare investment that will address a significant gap in the health sector of Sancak Neighborhood was signed by Selçuklu Mayor Ahmet Pekyatırmacı, Konya Provincial Health Director Mehmet Koç, and philanthropist businessman Muammer Köken.
The Selçuklu Köken Family Health Center, which will be built by the philanthropic Köken family, will be constructed on an area of 735 square meters and will be able to accommodate 7 Family Medicine units. The center will also include 7 Family Health Worker Rooms, 1 Vaccination and Baby-Child Monitoring Room, 1 Pregnancy Monitoring and Reproductive Health Room, 1 Medical Intervention Room, 1 Laboratory, 1 Education and Meeting Room, 1 Breastfeeding Room, 2 Prayer Rooms, and 1 office floor.
