From Konya Nature Lovers to the Families of the Martyred Miners: "Your pain is our pain"

A trekking activity was held in Beyşehir district by Beyşehir Treeking and Nature Walks Society, which operates under the Beyşehir Culture and Tourism Association. 25 nature lovers, including university students, who came to Beyşehir from Konya city center and surrounding districts to participate in the event, climbed the summit of Karagüney Tepe with an altitude of 1700 in the mountainous area in Gölyaka Neighborhood. In the walk, which took place mostly under the rain, nature lovers commemorated the mine workers who lost their lives in the explosion in the mine with the words "Bartın we share your pain" after writing Bartın and Amasra by juxtaposing the letters written on the paper in their hands at the summit they reached after a 6-kilometer walk.

Association President Mustafa Büyükkafalı, who made a statement by painting their faces black at the summit, said, "As Beyşehir Treeking, we went up to Karagüney Tepe with an altitude of 1700. We would normally cancel our march today due to rainfall, but after the explosion in Bartın, we went out here to share their pain despite these adverse weather conditions. Thanks to Turkey and everyone. Let us not see or experience such pain again."
While the nature lovers who participated in the event said, "Your pain is our pain, we share your pain, we wish patience", nature lover Osman İltar stated that they were very sad as a nation due to the accident in Bartın Amasra and said, "Their pain is our pain. Thank you, my Turkey."
