KOMEK Colored the Walls of Konya City Hospital for Children

The art teachers and trainees in charge of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Vocational Training Courses colored the walls of Konya City Hospital with cartoon heroes and various figures in order to give morale to the children coming to the hospital.

Art teachers and trainees from Konya Metropolitan Municipality Vocational Training Courses (KOMEK) colored the walls of Konya City Hospital for children.

In order to give morale to the children coming to the hospital; Renovating the walls of the Children's Emergency Department, triage rooms, observation rooms and children's emergency outpatient clinics with cartoon heroes and various figures, the team mounted wooden figures on the walls to make the drawings animated and more remarkable. The social responsibility work carried out by the team consisting of 6 people was completed in about 3 months.

The children who saw KOMEK art teachers and trainees drawing and painting on the hospital walls could not hide their admiration. The KOMEK team, which tried to eliminate the fears of the hospital by chatting with the children, became a source of morale for the children
