Nature Enthusiasts Flock to Karatay for Lavender Fest

The third Karatay Lavender Days ended with great participation. Nature lovers from all over Turkey showed great interest in the event.

Thousands of citizens from all corners of Turkey participated in the two-day event.

Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca, expressing that Lavender Days broke visitor records, stated: "We believed, we worked hard; we transformed a 340,000 square meter area filled with rubble into a popular center. With this belief, in its third year as a tradition, Karatay Lavender Days provided our visitors with an unforgettable experience.”

Thousands of citizens visited the event area created across from the Karatay Lavender Garden for two days, spending time at many booths offering handicrafts, lavender products, natural goods, and food.
