Selçuk University Continues Its Rise in QS Europe 2026

Selçuk University has been ranked among the top 500 universities in Europe, according to the results of the “QS World University Rankings: Europe 2026” published by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), one of the world’s most prestigious higher education ranking organizations.

Selçuk University, which continues to strengthen its academic performance and international recognition each year, is demonstrating a steady upward trend according to QS data.

Selçuk University, which was ranked in the 551–600 band in 2024 and the 531–540 band in 2025, gained further momentum in the 2026 rankings, rising to 495th place.

Selçuk University ranked 23rd among 107 universities from Türkiye included in the rankings and placed 17th among state universities.

Classified in the “Very High” category for research intensity in the QS assessment, Selçuk University improved its scores in key strategic indicators, particularly sustainability, international research networks, student exchange programs, and graduate employability.
