250 g mulberries
1 L. water
150 gr sugar
1 tablespoon of rosewater
Recipe
Take a handful of dried mulberries, put the rest in the pot and add the water.
Take it off the stove when it comes to boil.
Strain into a clean pot and remove the pulp.
Add sugar and stir until it melts.
Put it on the stove again and bring it to a boil.
Add the dried mulberries and take the pot off the stove.
Let it cool for a while.
Add the rosewater to the cool compote and serve.
