Ingredients

  • 1 kg oily rib bone
  • 3 cups of water
  • 10/15 plums
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 dessertspoon of tomato paste
  • 2/3 green pepper (small chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 dessertspoon of salt

Recipe

Wash the meat, add boiling water over it and cook until tender. Score the plums and put them on the meat. Fry the onions with oil, put the peppers, tomatoes and tomato paste and turn upside down. Spread over the plum-covered meat. Add black pepper and salt, cover the lid, cook until the plums open. Put the meat by removing the plums and serve.
