Konya Cuisine; Palize

Konya cuisine is very diverse in desserts as well as in meal. One of them is Palize, a dessert that is often made and loved in Konya.

Palize is a kind of custard. Palize is a water custard in which sugar is also put while cooking. sometimes custard made with molasses and starch. Palize dessert is delicious and quite easy to make.

Ingredients

1,5 cups of water

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1,5 tablespoons of starch

Recipe

Add water first. Stir after adding starch and sugar.

If you wish, you can add pomegranate, walnut or hazelnut on it.
