Uyutma, made with figs and milk from Konya cuisine, is a
popular and very delicious dessert. Uyutma is a fresh and practical dessert
made with fruit. It is especially preferred in hot summer. It is a dessert
popular among Turkmen people and is cooked for special occasions.

Wash the figs. Chop the figs into small pieces. Boil the
milk. Pour the figs on the plate, sprinkle with sugar. Pour hot milk over the
figs, crush the figs well with a spoon or by hand. Put a lid on the plate and
press it. Leave to ferment for 10-12 hours, just like the fermentation of
yoghurt. Put it in the fridge after fermentation, serve cold.
