Pear Kifayesi

Pear Kifayesi, the fresh dessert of Konya cuisine, is a fruit dessert served juicy. Made with pears grown in Konya, this dessert is served with cinnamon and nuts.

    Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of pears
  • 2 cups of water
  • a cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar for caramelization

  •   Recipe

  • Peel the pears, chop them slices and chop them together with the water, add the sugar when it is soft, boil for 5 minutes over light heat.
  • When it cools, take it to the serving plate.
  • In a small pan mix 2 tablespoons of sugar without water, drizzle over the surface of the caramel pears and serve.
