Konya, which has a rich
culinary culture, usually stands out with mutton and pastries, but it also
whets the appetite with its delicious vegetable dishes. Purslane dish is one of
the most preferred in vegetable dishes.
Ingredients
5 tablespoons of Butter
(melted)
1 medium-sized onion
500 gr Purslane (minced)
1 dessertspoon of salt
1/4 cup of rice
3 cups of water
Recipe
Fry the onion in oil
until it turns pink. Put purslane and fry. Add salt and water, and boil. Wash and add rice. Cook over low heat.
