Add oil to a saucepan and fry the onion until it turns pink. When the onion begins to turn pink, add the ring-shaped cut squash and cook for a while. Then add tomato paste and continue roasting. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes, salt and red pepper. Cook over low heat for a while, break the eggs and scramble them with a fork. Pour the scrambled eggs over the roasted ingredients. After taking it off the stove, turn it over and serve.
