cooked in a copper tray is attracting attention from citizens ahead of the Eid.
With just a few days left until Eid, the traditional copper
tray-made Angel's Hair Dessert produced in Konya using traditional methods is
also gaining popularity. Angel's Hair Dessert, which is suitable for both taste
and budget, has become an indispensable part of the dining tables.
Hakan Güvez, who has been a master of Angel's Hair Dessert
cooked in a copper tray at the historic Bedesten Bazaar for 40 years, said,
"With the arrival of Ramadan, there has been a constant bustle. As the
holiday approaches, the hustle and bustle continue. Angel's Hair Dessert is an
indispensable dessert for Eid. The tradition of making Angel's Hair Dessert always
