Mayor Altay Leads TDBB Board Meeting

The October Board Meeting of the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) was held under the chairmanship of Uğur İbrahim Altay, the President of TDBB and the Mayor of Konya.

The meeting, hosted by Bağcılar Municipality in Istanbul, was attended by board members from various countries, including Turkey, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Kyrgyzstan, Gagauzia, North Macedonia, and Mongolia.

Mayor Altay described the meeting as a productive gathering where important decisions were made to advance efforts related to the Turkish world. He stated, "We are working to strengthen cooperation among the friendly and brotherly countries in the Turkish world, to develop joint projects, and to reinforce our cultural ties. I believe that these consultations with our sister municipalities will significantly contribute to the development of our regions. I would like to thank all the municipalities that supported our meeting."
