Another European Championship for Konya's Athlete

Athletes from Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor continue to make Konya proud in international competitions.

Fatma Zehra Meki, an athlete from Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor, achieved significant success at the Judo Cadets European Cup taking place in Berlin, the capital of Germany.

Competing in the 44 kg category, the Büyükşehir athlete delivered an outstanding performance and claimed the championship title.

Fatma Zehra advanced to the final by defeating her Belgian opponent Viktoria Grigoryan. In the championship match, she overcame Israeli athlete Yuval Gabay with a strong performance, securing the gold medal and the championship title.

Fatma Zehra had also won a gold medal at the Judo European Cup held in Antalya in recent months, further crowning her success. With her championship victory in Berlin, the Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor judoka continues her steady rise on the European stage.
