Another Victory for Konya’s Basketball Team

In the 14th round of the Turkish Basketball League, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor hosted MKE Ankaragücü.

Playing at the Selçuklu Municipality Sports Hall, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor made a controlled start to the game and closed the first quarter with a 20–15 lead over their opponents.

Maintaining their disciplined approach in the second quarter, the yellow and blacks went into the locker room with a 46–39 advantage.

Stepping up the tempo in the third quarter, the Konya side extended the lead beyond 20 points and entered the final period ahead 68–47. Continuing their dominant performance in the last quarter and giving MKE Ankaragücü no chance to respond, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor left the court with an 86–70 victory.

With the win over the Ankara side, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor claimed their 12th victory of the season, moved up to 26 points, and finished the week in third place.
