Athletes from Konya to Represent Turkey

Two kickboxers from Meram Belediyespor will represent Turkey at the Wako Kickboxing World Cup to be held in Hungary.

Sabriye Gür and Emircan Abdullah Beserek from Meram Belediyespor have been called up to the national team for the Wako Kickboxing World Cup, which will take place in Hungary from June 12 to June 16.

Meram Municipality Mayor Mustafa Kavuş wished success to Sabriye Gür and Emircan Abdullah Beserek, who will represent Turkey in the quest for championship titles.

Kavuş stated, "Our hearts, hopes, and prayers go with our athletes, especially those participating in international tournaments. They exert tremendous effort to represent our country in the best possible way, and we, along with their families and coaches, experience great excitement. I wish success to our athletes Sabriye Gür and Emircan Abdullah Beserek, who will carry the crescent-star jersey in the World Cup, and eagerly await good news from them."
