Originating from Ankara and born on February 26, 1994, Çalık's journey into the realm of football began within Gençlerbirliği's youth ranks.

Rising to the position of captain for Gençlerbirliği at a young age, Çalık displayed his skills in 118 matches with the red-black ensemble.

Propelled by his outstanding performance at Gençlerbirliği, the skilled defender, Ahmet Çalık, secured a deal with Galatasaray during the 2016-2017 season interim transfer period.

His journey continued with Konyaspor, where he solidified his role in the center-back position, starting from the 2020-2021 season.

Throughout his tenure with Gençlerbirliği, Galatasaray, and Konyaspor, Çalık left his mark in the Super League participating in 192 matches and scoring six goals.
