Freestyle Wrestling Turkey Championship Held in Konya

The Mahmut Demir Freestyle Wrestling Turkey Championship, organized by the Turkish Wrestling Federation, is currently ongoing in Konya.

Approximately 400 athletes from 30 different provinces participated in the event held at the Selçuklu International Sports Hall.

The third day of the championship concluded with the final matches in the 70, 86, and 97-kilogram categories.

Athletes Haydar Yavuz in the 70-kilogram category, Osman Göçen in the 86-kilogram category, and Erhan Yaylacı in the 97-kilogram category secured first place in their respective weight classes. The championship is set to conclude on December 3rd.
