Karatay Gymnastics Team Wins 1 Championship and 10 Medals

The Karatay Municipality Sports Club Trampoline Gymnastics Team achieved significant success at the Interclub Trampoline Gymnastics Turkey Championship organized by the Turkish Gymnastics Federation in Samsun.

The athletes from Karatay once again represented Karatay and Konya exceptionally well with their rankings, medals, and trophies earned at the championship.

In the championship organized by the Turkish Gymnastics Federation and held at Samsun Atatürk Sports Hall, athletes competed for the top spot in the Junior, Star, Youth, and Senior categories.

Club athlete Burak Demirci claimed first place in both the Individual and Synchronized Star Boys categories, while Ali Eymen Demirci also secured first place in the Synchronized Star Boys category and finished as runner-up in the Individual Star Boys category.

Another successful gymnast from the club, Abdullah Mehmet Tükel, achieved first place in the Youth Men’s Team and Individual categories and took third place in the Youth Men’s Synchronized category in Turkey.

Furkan Erkıç earned first place in the Youth Men’s Team category and third place in the Youth Men’s Synchronized category. Additionally, Emirhan Danış made Karatay proud by securing third place in the Senior Men’s Individual category in Turkey.

Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca congratulated the team, athletes, coaches, and club officials for their achievements, highlighting their outstanding performance at the Interclub Trampoline Gymnastics Turkey Championship held in Samsun.
