Karatay Municipality Club Achieves Great Success in 2023

The Karatay Municipality Club has made significant efforts, especially in the last 5 years, in order to raise the young and talented athletes of the future. Athletes affiliated with the club achieved many important achievements in a variety of local, regional, national, and international competitions that they participated in throughout the year.

922 athletes, who were trained by coaches who are experts and successful in their field in 12 different sports disciplines within the club, spent 2023 with medals and many important achievements.

The Karatay Municipality Sports Club, revitalized by the Karatay Municipality in 2019, continues its activities without interruption.

The Karatay Municipality Sports Club, with a total of 717 athletes in 12 different branches including Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling, Para Wrestling, Table Tennis, Chess, Traditional Archery, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Shooting, and Gymnastics, conducts structured and disciplined training under the guidance of expert and successful coaching staff.

The athletes within the club, aiming to achieve greater success in a variety of sports in Konya and our country, returned with significant achievements from local, national, and international championships, tournaments, and events held in 2023, both as a team and in individual branches.
