Konya Athletes Bring Home Medals from Romania and Finland

The wrestlers of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club continue to make the country and the city proud in the crescent-and-star jersey.

The athletes representing the country and the city at the championships held in Romania and Finland on October 11-12 won 1 gold and 1 silver medal.

At the Romania U20 Balkan Championship, Ahmet Enes Dülger from Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor, competing in the 63 kg category, secured second place to claim the silver medal, while at the Finland Soumi Cup Tournament, another Konya athlete, Ali Kılınç, competing in the U17 71 kg category, left his opponents behind and celebrated the joy of becoming champion.
