Konya Celebrates World Bicycle Day

Various events were organized by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality for World Bicycle Day.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality, in collaboration with non-governmental organizations and cycling associations, organized various events.

Bicycle tours with different difficulty levels were organized. There were suitable tours for both beginners and experienced cyclists. Races were organized for young cyclists in different age categories.

Additionally, A special bicycle event was organized for patients undergoing rehabilitation at the psychiatry clinic.

It was aimed to encourage the use of bicycles by emphasizing Konya's identity as a bicycle-friendly city.

The importance of environmental awareness and sustainable living was emphasized.
