Mayor Kılca: Future Champions Will Be Trained in Karatay

The construction of the "Karatay Sports Center," which is being implemented as the highest-budget investment in the history of Karatay Municipality, is continuing.

Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca, who conducted inspections at the center, emphasized that the municipality has never hesitated to invest in facilities, sports, athletes, and youth.

Mayor Hasan Kılca stated, "Our country is currently participating in the Summer Olympics. Of course, one of the most important factors in success in these areas is the development of facilities. As Karatay Municipality, we are taking a significant step for our city with this approach."

The Karatay Sports Center, with a construction area of approximately 26,000 square meters, will feature a 1,000-square-meter semi-Olympic swimming pool, an artificial turf field suitable for professional matches, a 1,161-square-meter indoor sports hall with seating, an archery range, facilities for indoor sports, administrative offices, athlete and coach rooms, a meeting room, table tennis, and many other different sports areas.
