Meram Belediyespor Celebrates International Success

Taekwondo athlete Saliha Bahçeci from Meram Belediyespor added another achievement to her record.

The national athlete won a silver medal by finishing second in the 53 kg senior category at the European Universities Championship held in Warsaw, Poland, from August 22 to 24.

Returning home with the silver medal, Bahçeci brought pride to both Meram Belediyespor Club and Turkey with this significant achievement.

Emphasizing that the achievements of Meram Belediyespor Club athletes are a source of pride for the city and district, Meram Mayor Mustafa Kavuş congratulated national athlete Saliha Bahçeci for winning a silver medal and achieving an important rank at the European Universities Championship.
