Besra Duman, the national pride of Meram Belediyespor, achieved a remarkable success at the World Para Powerlifting Championships held in Egypt.
At the championship held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, the national weightlifter competing in the women's 55-kilogram category lifted 121 kilograms, winning the silver medal and securing second place in the world.
Besra Duman, who successfully represented our country and Konya on the international stage, became a source of pride for both Turkish sports and Meram with this achievement.
Duman’s success became one of the clearest examples of Meram Belediyespor’s contribution to national sports through the talented athletes it nurtures across all sports disciplines.
