Officials Visit Karatay Tennis Court

Konya Governor İbrahim Akın, Karatay District Governor Cengiz Ayhan, and Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca visited the Karatay Tennis Court, the largest indoor tennis facility in Konya.

At the facility, which has become a favorite spot for sports enthusiasts of all ages, Konya Governor İbrahim Akın, Karatay District Governor Cengiz Ayhan, and Mayor Kılca conducted inspections and chatted with the citizens exercising there.

Touring the facility and receiving information from officials, Governor Akın emphasized that the facility provides important infrastructure for both professional and amateur athletes. Highlighting his appreciation for such investments aimed at promoting sports in the community, Governor Akın congratulated the Karatay Municipality and Mayor Hasan Kılca for their successful efforts.

As part of the visit, Governor İbrahim Akın, District Governor Cengiz Ayhan, and Mayor Hasan Kılca took to the court and played a brief tennis match.

Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca also stated that investments in sports infrastructure in the district will continue to increase.

Located in Ulubatlı Hasan Neighborhood, the Karatay Tennis Court offers a modern and comfortable sports experience with three tennis courts built to international standards, changing and resting rooms, a cafeteria, and a spacious terrace area. The facility stands out for its infrastructure that caters to both professional and amateur athletes.
