Saliha Küçüksolak, a national athlete from Meram Belediyespor, became the third-place winner at the Turkey Taekwondo Championship held in Ankara.
Throughout the tournament, Küçüksolak faced opponents with European and World rankings, engaging in tough battles. After a challenging six-match marathon, she delivered an impressive performance, securing third place in Turkey and winning a bronze medal.
With this achievement, Saliha Küçüksolak earned the right to join the National Team. Küçüksolak will represent Turkey with the crescent and star jersey at the International G2 Turkish Open tournament, set to take place in Antalya in February.
In the Turkey Championship, which featured 590 clubs from 68 provinces and 1,700 athletes who have earned titles at European and World Championships, Meram Mayor Mustafa Kavuş congratulated Saliha Küçüksolak on her significant achievement. He stated that this success brought them yet another reason to feel proud.
