Turkish Taekwondo Athlete from Meram Takes Silver

In the "Clubs Turkey Taekwondo Championship" held at the Konya Karatay Sports and Congress Center between December 26-29, 2023, Azra Bezirgancı, a member of the Meram Belediyespor Club, became the second in Turkey.

Meram Mayor Mustafa Kavuş congratulated Taekwondo athlete Bezirgancı, who won the silver medal for this achievement, saying, “I congratulate our athlete who has brought us this joy and wish for her continued success and growth in achievements.”

Emphasizing that team athletes bring honor to themselves and Meram by returning with medals from every tournament and championship they participate in, President Kavuş noted that they have made significant investments to create the necessary infrastructure for Meram Belediyespor to always be associated with success.
