Students and their families, following historic moments on the giant screen within the Konya Science Center, Turkey's first and largest science center supported by TÜBİTAK and established by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality, shared the excitement of the launch ceremony.

For students and families interested in science and space, various workshops such as rocket circuits, sky puzzles, and virtual reality were conducted throughout the day before the space journey of Turkey's first astronaut, Alper Gezeravcı.

At 00:49, students and their families, witnessing Alper Gezeravcı's journey as he took off from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA, headed towards the International Space Station, captured these historic moments on their mobile phones.

As part of Turkey's first manned space mission program prepared for an audience of approximately 500 people by the Konya Science Center, astronomy-themed workshops, scientific discussions, and an award-winning quiz were also held within the main building.
