Two Dutch Women Cycling to Kazakhstan Take a Break in Konya

Two young women from the Netherlands, Fenna Elisavan Selm and Fleur Annelore Keltnhuıs, who set out on a bicycle journey to Kazakhstan to explore new places and experience different cultures, took a break in the Beyşehir district of Konya.

During their journey, the young cyclists aimed to meet new people and discover various cultures. In Beyşehir, they were hosted by the Beyşehir Bicycle House.

Welcomed with local dishes in Beyşehir, the travelers said they were impressed by the district’s natural beauty and the warm hospitality they received. They noted that what they experienced in Turkish hospitality went far beyond what they had heard, and described their time in Beyşehir as unforgettable.

Local hosts in Beyşehir showed the two travelers around the town, allowing them to relax by the lake and learn about Turkish culture. The cyclists now plan to continue their route with the goal of reaching Kazakhstan.
