Konya Boosts Support for Local Producers

As part of a project to develop animal production, Selçuklu Municipality provided beehive support to producers.

Producers will be able to consult with the technical team of Selçuklu Municipality on matters related to beekeeping and honey production.

Selçuklu Mayor Ahmet Pekyatırmacı stated, "We are making significant investments in agriculture and livestock in the rural areas of our district, but we have observed a decline in our production capacity. In this regard, we took responsibility to increase production by establishing our Rural Services Directorate and began our efforts."

Beekeepers who received support expressed their satisfaction with the 50% grant assistance.
