Meram City and Life Culture Museum Opened

The “Meram City and Life Culture Museum,” implemented by the Meram Municipality to convey the history and culture of Meram to the new generations, was opened with a ceremony.

The host of the ceremony, Meram Mayor Mustafa Kavuş, made remarks about the importance, mission, and details of the museum established on Dutlu Street in his speech.

Emphasizing that they brought the museum to life to carry the culture, art, and values of the district to the present and transfer them to the future, Mayor Mustafa Kavuş stated, “It is a fact that the Turkish-Anatolian civilization is the pinnacle of humanity in every aspect. I would like to express with great honor that the center and capital of this pinnacle have been this city for a thousand years.”

Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay, who evaluated the Meram City and Life Culture Museum as a very impressive and beautiful work, also congratulated Mayor Mustafa Kavuş and his team for such an endeavor.
