Selcuk University achieved a significant success by ranking 18th among Turkish universities in the URAP (University Ranking by Academic Performance) 2024-2025 World Rankings.
The URAP 2024-2025 subject rankings, which evaluate universities based on the impact of their articles, total documents, citations within the relevant field, and international collaboration criteria, have been announced.
In the rankings, Selcuk University placed 18th among universities in Turkey and 1,190th among universities worldwide.
Selcuk University ranked first in food engineering in Turkey's field-based rankings; it placed second in veterinary science, seventh in engineering and biological sciences, eleventh in chemistry, thirteenth in medicine and health sciences, and fifteenth in technology.
Selcuk University ranked among the world’s top 1,000 universities in six subject areas: it placed 311th in food engineering, 454th in veterinary science, 801st in engineering, 938th in biological sciences, 980th in chemistry, and 961st in medicine and health sciences.
In the URAP subject rankings, objective data provided by Clarivate Analytics InCites, a reliable source for articles and citations, is used. The ranking criteria do not consider subjective data based on personal opinions obtained through surveys or similar methods.
