Höşmerim “Konya Style”

Höşmerim is made in many parts of Turkey, and they taste different from each other. Those who live in Konya or go to Konya know that there is a different taste here too. Let’s give a short recipe:

Ingredients

200 grams of cream

1 tablespoon of butter

1 cup of flour

1 glass of Milk

Half a glass of sugar

Honey, walnuts or pistachios on top

Recipe

Melt cream and a spoonful of butter. Then add a glass of flour and roast well. Add boiled milk, then half a glass of sugar, mix it a bit, turn off the heat and continue mixing. When it is ready, take it on a plate and shape it, you can put honey and walnuts on it.
