Tarragon soup, which is one of the famous dishes of Konya, is made with yogurt, egg, flour, meat, and tarragon herb. The ingredients are mixed, meat is added, and it is cooked with tarragon herb. Finally, butter is added, and it is served. Tarragon soup is hot and nutritious and is particularly preferred during winter.
Mix yoghurt, eggs and flour with two cups of water and stir
until it gets thick. Add the boiled neck meat in small pieces with the
yogurt, egg and flour mixture in the pan and add the estragon. Pour the hot
butter on it and serve.
