A Journey Through Time: Konya’s Heritage

The Historic Konya House Museum is a rich cultural treasure, featuring a 3,000-square-meter exhibition area that displays archaeological finds from Anatolian civilizations, along with coins, calligraphic works, and ethnographic collections.

Serving as both a museum and a library, the Historic Konya House Museum houses an extensive collection and is set across a spacious site.

With a 3,000-square-meter exhibition area, the ground floor of the museum features archaeological finds from Anatolian civilizations, coins, calligraphic works, exhibitions from the natural history section, and a range of thematic displays.

With a 35,000-volume library enriched by manuscript works, it offers visitors an experience filled with history, art, and knowledge.

On the first floor, ethnographic artifacts are displayed alongside collections of carpets, kilims, and prayer beads, while a rich library of 35,000 volumes—primarily manuscript works—is also housed on this level. The museum is open to visitors every day of the week except Sundays.
