Konya Hosts Iranian Business Delegation

The delegation of Iranian businesspeople who arrived in Konya as part of the Konya-Iran B2B Program organized by MUSIAD Konya held bilateral business meetings with industrialists and businessmen from Konya.

MUSIAD Konya Vice President Murat Özsandıkçı stated, "Konya increased its trade with Iran by twenty-seven percent compared to the previous year. We should aim for even further growth in this increase in the upcoming period."

Representative of the Iranian delegation, Menekşe Alame, said, "The culture and history of Konya have made this city more attractive to us. During the factory visits today, we saw that we can acquire some things from Konya and also provide some things to Konya. We are pleased to see that Konya is so advanced in industry. We want to establish communication with Turkey to engage in new ventures with Konya. The technology and technological investments in Konya are very impressive. We need to enhance the relationship between Turkey and Iran."
