Bangladesh's Ambassador to Ankara, M. Amanul Haq, and his delegation participated in a boat tour along the shore of Lake Beyşehir and visited the water lily garden as part of the "Bangladesh Water Lily Day" organized by the Beyşehir Culture and Tourism Association.
Bangladesh's Ambassador to Ankara, M. Amanul Haq, along with his family members and consulate officials, visited the Beyşehir district of Konya to participate in the events organized in the district.
When they arrived at the garden by boat, Haq took commemorative photos with the water lilies in the garden they admired.
Later, they planted tree saplings along the lake shore. The next stop for Haq and his delegation was the historic Eşrefoğlu Mosque.
Mustafa Büyükkafalı, President of the Beyşehir Culture and Tourism Association, emphasized that the water lily is the national symbol of Bangladesh and expressed his happiness in hosting Bangladesh’s Ambassador to Turkey, M. Amanul Haq, and his delegation in Beyşehir.
