Karatay Municipality’s Stand Draws Strong Interest in Istanbul

Karatay Municipality took part in the 9th Konya Provincial Promotion Days held in Istanbul, bringing the historical, cultural, and natural heritage of Konya and Karatay to the people of Istanbul.

As part of the Promotion Days, Karatay Municipality set up an information stand where it introduced the district’s historical, cultural, and natural assets, along with its newly implemented and distinctive projects, to visitors.

Visitors to the stand were given brochures and booklets introducing Konya and Karatay, while products made from lavender grown in the Karatay Lavender Garden were also offered.

Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca, in his assessment of the Konya Provincial Promotion Days held in Istanbul, said the event made a significant contribution to promoting Konya and thanked everyone who contributed to its organization.
