Meram Mayor Mustafa Kavuş visited the Sahibata District Şükran Urban Transformation area. He supervised the construction of the ‘Upper Parts’ stage, the foundation of which was laid approximately 45 days ago, and received information about the process. Kavuş stated that “When the project is over, Şükran will be one of the rarest, most popular, most beautiful and most prestigious places in the city.”

Meram Mayor, Mustafa Kavuş, examined with his team in the construction of the ‘Upper Parts’ stage, the foundation of which was laid about 45 days ago, in the Sahibata District Şükran Urban Transformation area. Mayor Kavuş, who received information about the construction process, emphasized that the point reached in the Şükran Urban Transformation works, which started about 6 years ago in 2016, is pleasing for Meram and Konya.

Mayor Mustafa Kavuş stated that “About 45 days ago, the foundation of the ‘Şükran Urban Transformation Project Upper Parts’ phase was laid, with a cost of 165 million TL, on an area of 20 thousand m2 and a construction area of 20250 m2. The construction works continue in six different parts. Constructions are increasing rapidly due to the weather permitting. If the winter continues under these conditions, we will witness the rise of buildings in the near future. I am very happy to have seen these days. I am proud and excited at the point we have reached today, after the destructions, excavations, ruins and failed processes that have continued since 2016. Because when it is over, it will be one of the most beautiful, rarest and most popular places in the city.”
