Organized Turkey's first "Library Ideathon”

The Konya Metropolitan Municipality Social Innovation Agency, in collaboration with various organizations, organized Turkey's first Library Ideathon in Ankara.

During the marathon held in Ankara, participants from different parts of the country gathered with expert mentors in their field.

As part of the marathon, participants were initially provided with training on new developments in the field of librarianship and the use of technology in librarianship.

The marathon, designed in accordance with the information requirements of the 21st century, aims to uncover and support innovative, inclusive, and sustainable ideas in librarianship. The goal is to enable libraries to better serve all segments of society.
